Can I make a correction request for several different transactions using the same form?

You can make a correction request for several events related to one subject area. If you have several different reasons for a correction request, please fill out a separate correction request form for each of them.

Do I have to attach documents to the correction request?

Does the electronic correction request have to be signed?

The correction request is signed electronically with your personal bank credentials or mobile certificate.

If you as a cardholder discover incorrect transactions on your card, you can make an electronic complaint to the card issuer and sign the complaint with your personal bank codes.

Contact your bank or customer service at Nets if you discover incorrect card transactions. If you do not have bank codes, you can make a complaint by filling in and sending the complaint form in PDF format to us.

Some tips

If your complaint is not about abuse and you have tried to resolve the matter with the place of purchase, please attach copies of all correspondence with the place of purchase as well as a copy of any order confirmation to speed up the processing of the complaint. You attach any attachments to the complaint after you have identified yourself with your bank codes.
If your card has been lost or stolen, you attach a police report. In other cases, we ask you to file a police report if necessary. On the police's website www.polisen.fi, you can make an electronic police report in cases that do not require immediate action by the police.
After we have received your complaint, we will contact you if necessary if we need additional information.

You can save the completed form on your own computer.
You will receive a confirmation to your e-mail when we have received your electronic complaint.
