The end-users can manage their credentials, de-activate associated authenticators in the self-service on your homepage and update information e.g. email, mobile phone number and privacy settings.

We can deliver and operate an official site being one main entry point for the end-user, establishing an open and public area for information and a protected area where access requires end-user authentication e.g. Self-service.

The web application can have functions like:

- End-user administration and information of registration and enrolment

Monitor real time performance of your eID solution to be able to react immediately.

Monitoring can consist of functions like:

- Display of operational information and status
- Graphical presentation of operation status
- Display key performance indicators (KPI) e.g. uptime, response time etc.
- Monitoring dashboard to filter specific information and represented differently
- Error status displaying error reason and resolution time
- Critical operational events and resolution time
