Virksomheten som selges til AnaCap har hovedkontor i Kristiansand, Norge, omfatter EdiEX plattformen og er en del av Nets Issuer & eSecurity Services. I 2022 var EDIGard AS forventet å generere € 5,4 millioner i EBITDA[*]. Beslutningen om å selge EDIGard kommer fra en strategisk gjennomgang av Nexi Groups perimeter etter fullføringen av fusjonene med Nets og SIA.
