At work I can combine two heart topics: My passion for retention and processes! Processes are every time under review, to make them better for our customer and us.
What motivates me is that I want to deliver in my projects and processes a positive customer experience. My absolute focus is on our merchants, then comes our department and other departments, in a good teamwork.
I like to spend my time with family and friends, with a good glass of wine, good food, good conversations. This time is simply priceless.
My dog gives me energy. The walks with him and his fun nature.
Over a coffee, a conversation is more casual and sometimes it's more effective than a meeting.
We fool around and to trade barbs is just brilliant. That clears one' mind to move on.
Classical school education in Germany, learned a vocational job (Officework). Worked in the gastronomy industry and realized that many processes can be more efficient than they currently are (a heart topic was born!).
