SEB and Nets Estonia have since 1997 had a partnership in Estonia. When SEB together with 2 other Estonian banks sold the Estonian Processing company PKK to Nets in 2008, the partnership was continued with SEB as a major customer of Nets and will now continue under a new Framework Agreement.
The new Framework Agreement between SEB and Nets makes it easier to include new innovative services as well as entering into new services in the other Baltic countries under the current structure.
