Niels Mortensen will take over from Pia Jørgensen, Head of Nets IT and interim Head of Operations.
Niels Mortensen, aged 49, joins Nets after three years at Codan/Trygg-Hansa as Chief Operations Officer and head of Personal Lines in Denmark. Previously in his career, Niels has held various positions in Alka, including the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Before joining Alka, Niels worked for Skandia, Danica and Baltica. Niels holds a master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen.
Nets Operations has approx. 700 employees and is responsible for Customer Services, Fraud & Dispute Services and Internal Services.
Niels Mortensen will take up his appointment at Nets from May 2015.
