No changes in your customer and partner relationship
This will not affect daily business for you as our customers and partners. Daily business will be performed from the same locations and by the same employees as previously. All customer and partner relationships with the discontinued legal entities will automatically continue with Nets Denmark A/S or local branches of Nets Denmark A/S, and terms will be the same as today.
Our customers and partners of the discontinued legal entities do not have to take actions in connection with the mergers, as customer and partner relationships will automatically continue on the same terms as now.
After completion of the merger, you will see the name of the continuing entities on invoices, statements, product information etc.
