The company uses digital signing of contracts for financing agreements in a variety of sectors in the Nordic countries including agriculture, transport, the construction industry and office equipment.

Nets’ digital signing of documents includes e-Ident, e-Signing, ID-Rights and e-Archive. De Lage Landen will use e-Signing using BankID in Norway, and plans to use NemID in Denmark and the Swedish BankID system in Sweden.

“We want to digitise our customer processes to enable us to offer our customers more secure and faster services. Digital signing of contracts as offered by Nets suits our customers perfectly. The time it takes from registering a customer to concluding a final signed contract is much shorter now. This process used to take up to a couple of weeks, whereas now it’s just a few days,” according to project manager Klas Dybeck.

Chief Legal Officer, Cecilia Falk, adds that De Lage Landen was looking for a Nordic partner with a good reputation. “We wanted a reliable full-service provider of digital services, which we hope our customers will appreciate. This investment is an important part of our environmental efforts, too,” she concludes.
