Robert Hoffman has more than 20 years of management experience in e-business and telecommunications. Prior to joining the Concardis Payment Group in 2019, he was CEO of 1&1 Internet SE and board member of United Internet AG, business applications segment, from 2013 to 2017. From 2006 to 2012, Robert was responsible for United Internet's telecommunications business as a member of the Management Board of 1&1 Internet AG. Prior to that, he held various leadership positions in product management and sales at Arcor from 1998 to 2006.
Omar joined Nets in June 2018 and is accountable for Nets’ eCommerce division. Its focus is to be the local eCommerce expert helping merchants and partners sell more online and across channels with a seamless payments service. Omar joined Nets from Worldpay, where he was Worldpay’s Chief Transformation Officer, leading the transformation of Worldpay’s Ambition 2020 and its merger of Worldpay and Vantiv. He was previously Worldpay’s interim Group Strategy Director and led its post-IPO strategy, including the response to PSD2 and creation of the public and government affairs program. Omar has held senior leadership roles at Cisco Systems, Symbol Technologies, Electrocomponents and Old Mutual, leading teams in strategy, sales operations, architecture, and engineering.
Matt joined Nets in November 2020 as Chief Product Officer (CPO). Matt is an experienced payments executive with over 20 years of experience leading product and technology teams delivering innovative commercial solutions to merchants and customers. Matt joined Nets from Paysafe, where he held the position of Group EVP, Transformation and was responsible for delivering Paysafe’s group-wide digital transformation. Prior to that, he held various executive leadership positions in Product, Technology, Operations, Strategy and Change Management at Worldpay, RBS and KPMG.
Karen joined Nets in January 2022 from American Express, where she worked for over 23 years on both the Issuing and Acquiring sides of the business. A significant portion of this time was spent in the Global Servicing Group, in both Operational and Strategy roles. Most recently, she was the Vice President leading their Global Merchant Servicing teams across multiple geographies and channels, onboarding and servicing both proprietary merchants as well 3rd party Acquirers. During this time, she and her team drove significant improvements in the Merchant customer experience as well as transformational change in their digital servicing capabilities and journeys.
Jeppe Juul-Andersen joined Nets in May 2013 with scheme and stakeholder responsibility for the following Danish infrastructure products: Betalingsservice, Clearing, NemID and Dankort. In 2016, Jeppe got the business responsibility for Dankort and the processing of BankAxept. He joined Merchant Services in 2019 with the scheme and acquiring responsibility for Dankort. Before joining Nets, Jeppe was Deputy CEO at the Agency of Governmental Administration (Statens Administration) as well as Head of department and Special Advisor at the Agency for Public Finance and Management (Økonomistyrelsen).
Christian Brunhøj joined Nets in January 2019 as Head of Strategy and Transformation. Today, as CFO, Christian is responsible for the MS Finance, Strategy and Transformation agenda, combining the Finance, Risk, Compliance, Dunning and Strategy teams under his direct leadership. Prior to joining Nets, Christian was Chief Strategy and Performance Officer and Head of SME sales (interim) at Broadnet. Previously, he was Associate Principal at McKinsey with focus on shaping the value-creation agenda of clients across business units and driving large-scale commercial and cost transformations mainly in telecom and financial services.
Rachel joined Nets in October 2020 as Head of Organisational Effectiveness and has, since then, been responsible for various projects driving the strategic agenda of the People function. Among others, she was working on the future ways of working, organisational effectiveness, post-merger integration and building a diverse and inclusive organisation. Prior to Nets, Rachel worked internationally across a range of industries including retail, financial services, and pharmaceuticals - first as a management consultant, and then working in house. Her key focus was on understanding the impacts of major transformation programmes on employees, while she supported leaders to facilitate successful delivery.
Thorsten Haeser joined Nets in September 2019. He has Global responsibility for the SME sales activities and P&L of Nets/Concardis GmbH. Thorsten has extensive sales experience acquired in various industries and at several international companies. Before joining Nets, Thorsten was Member of the board and Chief Commercial Officer at HAPAG-Lloyd AG – Vorstand, Member of the board and Chief Commercial Officer at Versatel GmbH – Geschäftsführer as well as Member of the board and Chief Sales Officer at SIXT AG / SIXT Leasing AG. He also worked for Telefonica O2 Germany and for VIAG Interkom GmbH & Co.
James is responsible for strategically enhancing the relationships, processes and solutions of Nets and its key strategic partners. He has over two decades of experience in the payments industry around the world, most recently founding the Kegaska Group, a Toronto-based payments advisory firm. Previously, James was EVP of Global Acceptance and Solutions at Mastercard based in its Global headquarters, following a number of leadership roles at Global Payments, including as President of Global Solutions and leading its Asia Pacific and Global Payments Europe businesses. He has joined Nets on May 1, 2021 as Chief Strategic Partnership Officer.
Antoni is responsible for driving the strategy and transformation agenda for Merchant Services and for creating clear transparency about its business (non-financial) and transformation performance.
Antoni joined Nets in October 2018 as Chief of Staff to the CEO. In 2020, he went on to lead the Performance Management & Transformation team for the MS Large & Key Account business and, since September 2021, he has been leading the programme management for the ‘Win in Germany’ program. Prior to joining Nets, Antoni worked as a consultant at McKinsey.
