The network facilitates both social and professional events for you to accelerate your professional development and explore the capabilities you will need for the future. The social events include Friday bars, lunches and off-site events where you can expand your network and support our "Togetherness" and collaboration with the other Young Professionals at Nets. Whereas the professional events offer external presentations and scope sessions for a deeper organisational understanding.

In addition, the members of our Young Professional Network are offered to be a part of our mentor programme and have check-ins on a regular basis. This is due to Nets' focus on social learning and knowledge-sharing as essential factors in entry level careers; we believe that Young Professionals can learn from experienced employees and vice versa.
