With the completion of the merger between PBS, Teller and BBS, Mr Flemming L. Jensen, Deputy CEO, has decided to leave Nets’ management.
Mr Flemming L. Jensen has held the position as Deputy CEO of Nets since the merger in April 2010, and before that, since 2005, as CEO of Nets.
”It has been a very satisfying challenge to contribute to ensuring a Nordic company that will remain strong and competitive in future. The merger has been completed successfully, and I feel that now is a good time for me to seek new challenges,” says Mr Flemming L. Jensen.
