Eika Kredittbank is launching a mobile wallet using technology from Nets and Oberthur
In autumn 2014, Eika began cooperating with Nets and Oberthur Technologies (OT) to develop the bank’s future mobile payments solution. After less than a year, Eika is now ready to launch the Eika mobile wallet, which will initially be available for use by 100,000 potential customers of seven local Norwegian banks in June. From the outset, the new NFC-based solution will be supported by Samsung, one of the world’s largest smartphone manufacturers.

Nets completes offer to the shareholders in DIBS
Nets Holding A/S ("Nets") has obtained approval from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (the "SFSA") to acquire the shares in DIBS Payment Services AB (publ). The remaining condition for the Offer (as defined below) regarding regulatory approvals has thereby been fulfilled. As all conditions for the Offer thereby are either waived or fulfilled, Nets has resolved to complete the Offer.

Copenhagen, 3 December 2014 – Nets has acquired 80% of Paytrail Plc, a Finnish based e-commerce payment service provider (PSP). With about 4,500 merchants and more than 10,000 online stores and services in its network, Paytrail has a solid market position and a proven track record in providing e-commerce payment services. Nets is determined to see Paytrail continue to grow its business as a part of Nets’ merchant services business arm, which currently offers POS and online acceptance solutions to 150,000 merchants.
